Fans vote on the winners. Voting is open until 11:59 p.m. (ET) on June 4 for all of the categories via Vote.CMT.com.
This year’s CMT Music Awards show will be hosted by Little Big Town, one of last year’s Country Summer headliners, and will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena at 8 p.m. (ET) on June 5.
