By participating in the Country Summer 2026 TailGreat Seats Sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes”), each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules
and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this
Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Country Summer Music Festival
(“Sponsor”), located at:

The Bay Area Chevy Dealers are the promotional sponsor of the TailGreat Seats experience and prize but are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time on Thursday, June 4th, 2026 and ends at
12:00:00 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026. (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) of
Sponsor, Bay Area Chevy Dealers, Sonoma County Fairgrounds, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form
available at:
www.CountrySummer.com/Tailgreat
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
Automated entries, entries submitted by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void.
Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Free Method of Entry
No purchase, payment, donation, or festival ticket purchase is necessary to enter or win.
A festival ticket is not required to enter the Sweepstakes.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) TailGreat Seats VIP viewing passes for one designated performance day at
Country Summer 2026, located in the bed of a Chevrolet Silverado near the Silverado
Main Stage.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $999.
Actual value may vary.
Prize includes only the items specifically described above.
Transportation, lodging,
parking, food, beverages, merchandise, gratuities, and any other expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on
or about Tuesday, June 9th from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the information provided on the entry form.
The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.
If the potential winner:
Cannot be contacted;
Fails to respond within the required timeframe;
Is determined to be ineligible; or
Fails to complete any required documentation,
the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected communications.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, image, voice, photograph, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any
media worldwide without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if
fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other
factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive
manner.
11. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Bay Area Chevy Dealers, Sonoma County Fairgrounds, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, their
respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of
any prize.
12. Assumption of Risk
Winner and guest acknowledge that attendance at a live outdoor music festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, crowd activity, noise
levels, slips, trips, falls, and other hazards.
Participation in the TailGreat Seats experience is voluntary and at the participant’ s own
risk.
Sponsor reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to follow event rules or staff instructions.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and related
marketing communications as permitted by law.
14. Meta Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
15. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or
federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
16. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a written request within sixty (60) days after the drawing date to:
